These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and supersede all other conditions, except prior agreement, express and in writing.
It is considered that, by validating an order, the user is accepting these general conditions of sale.
The images of the products available on the site are as accurate as possible, in order to reproduce the product in an identical way as it actually is. Bearing in mind that some products are handmade, there may be slight differences between the image and the product itself, due to the raw materials and the production process.
The products on the website are only available for sale in Europe. For orders in other country please contact us.
To place an order on the site, the user just needs to have an email account and follow these steps:
Select the products you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart;
Fill in all mandatory fields and select the desired payment option;
Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and click on “Checkout”;
At the end of the order, you will see a screen with the confirmation and details of the order, whose proof you can print. You will also receive an automatic email with this information.
By submitting your order, the user accepts the site’s General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policies (Legal Notices) that appear in the footer of the site.
Product unavailable (in this case, the amount paid by the user will be refunded using the same payment method used in the order);
Incorrect billing information;
Payment for the order not received (up to 8 working days after ordering);
Product price error;
Delivery of order not achieved at the address indicated for shipping.
The fulfillment of orders placed on the website is subject to product stock availability.
If the stock of a certain product is temporarily out of stock or if the customer has placed an order for a product that has sold out, Eco Blue Group will inform the user by email and indicate the approximate date for the replacement of the product, leaving it to the user’s discretion if remains interested in the order or if you want to cancel it.
Whenever possible, Eco Blue Group will try to deliver all the items ordered in a single shipment. However, if a part of the ordered items is delayed or momentarily unavailable, the delivery of the order may be phased. In this case, the user will be informed by email.
The prices of the products are those published on the website, unless there is an obvious error. The site is updated daily, however, it is possible that the information on the price of some products contains errors, so, in the event of this situation, Eco Blue Group will inform the user as soon as possible, giving the possibility for the user to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it, with the right to a full refund of the amount paid. If it is not possible to get in touch with the user, Eco Blue Group reserves the right to cancel the order placed and refund it in full.
The prices shown on the website already include Value Added Tax (VAT), according to the legislation applicable in Azores (Portugal).
The Total Amount Payable is the value of your order with VAT and the delivery fee included.
Product prices are subject to change and update. Eco Blue Group reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price actually applied, unless there is an obvious error.
In order to present the most convenient solutions for the user, the site has the following payment methods available:

Filling in all payment information is done directly on a secure page of the electronic payment service provider (PayPal). Eco Blue Group is not responsible for any delay or lack of delivery of orders resulting from verifications and authorizations of the issuing entities.
The invoice will be sent by email to the user, in PDF format, at the time of dispatch/delivery of the order. When placing your order, the user accepts this condition.
Shipping and Delivery
The process of sending orders will start after confirmation of good payment of the respective order.
The delivery service is done through a carrier and works on weekdays, between 9 am and 6 pm.
Delivery fees associated with your order will be shown during your checkout process.
Cancellations and Returns
Depending on the status of the order, the user can cancel it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To find out if it is possible to cancel your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returning and Exchanging
The user has a reflection period of 14 days, during which he can return the product if he is not satisfied, provided that:
The product has not been used or tampered with;
The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not totally damaged;
The product is complete and properly packaged in the original packaging (if the article consists of more than one piece, all pieces must be returned);
Attach the printed invoice and return document.

Return for Product Nonconformity
If, within 14 days of picking up/receiving the order, the user detects any manufacturing non-conformity in the product, he/she may return it, following the procedures described above.
The refund of the value of the products to be returned will be made through the same payment method as the online order.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after the date of receipt of the product in the store/warehouse.

The guarantee of a product is valid from the date of purchase on the website, for 2 years, upon presentation of the purchase invoice. Products that have been misused or incorrectly handled/applied by the user are excluded from the scope of the warranty.

Eco Blue Group may, at any time and without prior notice, change these conditions or, where appropriate, introduce new conditions by means of their publication on the website, so that they can be known by the user when accessing the same. and before proceeding with its use. The validation of the order request, once the applicable changes have been made, will signify the acceptance by the user of the aforementioned modified conditions.
Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
Eco Blue Group warns that, even though the website is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the information about the products and their price contains errors, so it does not commit to the offer and reserves the right to cancel the order of the user in case such an error occurs.
Eco Blue Group will only be responsible for damages that the user may suffer as a result of the online sales service when these are attributable to a malicious act of the same, recognizing and accepting the user that the use of this service is carried out under his/her entire responsibility and risk. . In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion and limitation of certain warranties, Eco Blue Group’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
